For a few months now, I've had two spots on my inner thigh in my private area. They look like a varicose vein but are round and dime-sized. There's a vein running right through that area, so that's why I'm thinking that's what they are.  They swell up in that one small dime-sized spot and bleed like a hemmoroid would.

 

 

It's really painful sometimes due to the location. (It's in the panty line area, so it gets rubbed constantly when I sit or walk, no matter what type of panties I wear, even if I don't wear any.) 

 

I thought it was a strange location for a hemmoroid, so that's why I think it's a bleeding vein. (I'm a female by the way, in case you'd need to know.) Has anyone heard of this or experienced this? My general physician didn't even know what it could be.
